• Assist with commissioned projects from the Ministry of Education and other research institutions
• Coordinate affairs related to flexible salaries, full-/part-time research assistants under projects
• Coordinate group insurance for scholarship recipients and research assistants
• Handle domestic student exchange programs
• Manage domestic higher education strategic alliances

Industry–Academia Collaboration and Incubation Center

• Recruit, review, and admit incubation enterprises
• Plan, promote, and manage incubation services
• Promote industry–academia collaboration services
• Convene the Industry–Academia Cooperation Committee
• Organize the Outstanding Industry–Academia Faculty Awards
• Administer incentives for industry–academia collaboration
• Coordinate campus entrepreneurship planning
• Implement the Ministry of Education’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Program for Universities and Colleges

Center for Sustainability and University Social Responsibility Promotion

• Execute various affairs under the Ministry of Education’s USR Program
• Convene the University Social Responsibility Promotion Committee
• Edit and apply for publication of the USR Annual Report and Sustainability Report
• Plan mechanisms for application, guidance, and review of the university’s USR pilot projects
• Organize USR and sustainability-themed lectures, workshops, and capacity-building activities
